Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is an approach used to integrate various company modules and operational processes into a single unified system to improve the consistency and effectiveness of data management. UD Karya Sejati, as a garment manufacturing company, previously relied on conventional data recording methods, which led to problems such as delayed information, data duplication, and difficulties in monitoring the company’s operational activities. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Enterprise Resource Planning system that integrates the company’s multi-modules into a single centralized system. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Integration focused on the interconnectivity between key modules so that data can be processed and shared centrally through a single database. The results of the study show that the developed system is capable of integrating data across modules in a consistent and structured manner. System testing using the black-box testing method demonstrated that all system functions operate in accordance with user requirements. Thus, the developed web-based ERP system is deemed suitable for implementation and capable of supporting data management and operational processes at UD Karya Sejati.
