Sinar Jaya Konveksi is a garment business in Kudus, Central Java, which has been managing orders, production status, and shipment information manually through WhatsApp, so customers cannot independently monitor their order progress and the admin must check tracking numbers separately on each courier’s website. This study aims to design and develop a production status monitoring information system integrated with RESTful API-based shipment tracking. The system was developed using the waterfall model, covering requirements analysis, system design using use case diagrams, flowcharts, and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), implementation, and black box testing. Through this system, the admin can manage orders and update production stages, while customers can independently monitor production progress and track shipment positions via a public page integrated with the BinderByte RESTful API for real-time tracking and shipping cost estimation. Black box testing on ten test scenarios showed that all system functions worked as expected with a 100% success rate. The resulting system has the potential to improve transparency in the production and shipping process, accelerate customer access to information, and reduce the admin’s manual communication workload.
