<![CDATA[Public knowledge about yogurt as a healthy food still needs to be improved, particularly regarding its ingredients, manufacturing process, benefits, and content. This community service activity aims to increase public knowledge about yogurt and introduce media or yogurt-making innovations that are easily implemented in everyday life. The activity was carried out in the form of counseling to participants, then knowledge was measured before and after the activity using the same questionnaire. Data were analyzed descriptively and supplemented with statistical analysis to observe the trend of changes in participants' knowledge after the intervention. The results showed that the average knowledge score increased, a total of 66% of participants experienced an increase in their score, 34% had a stable score, and no participants experienced a decrease in their score. The increase in the percentage of correct answers was seen in most aspects of the material, particularly related to bacteria, temperature, benefits, and yogurt-making ingredients, although there was no change in the content aspect. The results of the participant assessment also showed that the media or innovation introduced was considered easy to use, energy efficient, and could be a solution in making healthy food. It can be concluded that the counseling activity had a positive impact descriptively on increasing participants' knowledge and acceptance of the introduced innovation, although strengthening educational methods is still needed to achieve more optimal results.]]>
