The tofu cracker cutting process at PT Karya Limpah Berkah is still performed manually, resulting in non-ergonomic working postures that may increase the risk of musculoskeletal disorders. This study aimed to analyze the ergonomic risks at the cutting workstation using the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) and Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) methods and to propose an ergonomic cutting tool based on operators' anthropometric data. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed using total sampling involving two cutting operators. Data were collected through direct observation, documentation, and anthropometric measurements, and were analyzed using the RULA and REBA methods. The results showed a RULA score of 6 and a REBA score of 5, indicating that corrective actions are required to improve working postures. Therefore, an anthropometry-based ergonomic cutting tool was proposed to enhance operator comfort, safety, and work effectiveness.
