Workshop CV Indoboyeng Permata is a company that produces furniture made from natural stone and plans to relocate its production area due to the limited space at the previous location, which can no longer accommodate the increasing production capacity. The relocation site has a larger area but does not yet have a planned production layout. This study aims to propose a facility layout using the Computerized Relationship Layout Planning (CORELAP) method with material handling distance minimization as the main criterion. Data were collected through observation and interviews and processed using the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC), Total Closeness Rating (TCR), CORELAP, Activity Relationship Diagram (ARD), Area Allocation Diagram (AAD), and rectilinear distance calculation. The results produced two layout alternatives with material handling distances of 94.78 m and 89.78 m. Alternative 2 was selected because it reduced the distance by 5.00 m or 5.28% and was recommended as the proposed layout for the relocation site.
