The Malang City Diskominfo Aptics Sector has an important role in supporting the management of information technology and public services. One of the problems currently faced is that managing asset data is still done manually, which causes data recording and data reporting to be less efficient. So the aim of this research is to design a web-based internal asset management system application that can be managed in real-time. This research uses agile methods and the PIECES framework approach to develop applications and solve problems such as aspects of performance, information, economics, access control, efficiency and service. In addition, application testing carried out using the Black Box method with the Equivalence Partitioning technique shows that the application has succeeded in increasing data search speed, reducing operational costs, strengthening security levels and access control. This system is expected to be able to support more efficient and effective asset data management at the Malang City Communication and Information Office, especially in the Aptics sector.
