Semat Educational Tourism Village, Jepara Regency, has the potential to develop souvenir products, but the partner's souvenir business is still micro-scale with limited design variations, inconsistent visual identities, unrepresentative digital catalogs, and the use of social media and websites that are not yet optimal. This activity aims to increase the capacity of partners in design innovation, souvenir production, and digital marketing of local products through the integration of promotional language, visual design, and appropriate technology. This activity was carried out for 2 days, on July 26, 2026 and August 2, 2026, with pokdarwis and tourism managers of Semat Village through the stages of coordination and mapping needs, socialization, design language optimization, Canva training, t-shirt and tote bag screen printing practices, and evaluation. The results showed that Canva's estimated skill achievement reached 75%, based on observations of participants' ability to produce simple promotional designs, while the achievement of souvenir production practices reached 80%, based on participants' ability to follow the screen printing process. Participant satisfaction was measured through a questionnaire and achieved an average of 4.65 out of a maximum score of 5 or 93%. The profit margin was calculated at 30% of the cost of production, with a potential profit of IDR 3,000–IDR 13,500 per unit, depending on the type of product and material. This activity contributes to the sustainability of local product marketing by building a link between design, souvenir production capabilities, and readiness to produce digital promotional materials.
