Abstract: This study aims to determine the impact of operational efficiency, capital structure, and third-party fund growth on the firm value of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia, using firm size as a control variable. The study utilizes secondary data in the form of annual reports from Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia covering the 2021–2024 period. Panel data regression analysis, performed using EViews version 13 software, was employed as the data analysis technique. The results indicate that capital structure has a significant effect on firm value, whereas third-party fund growth and operational efficiency do not. Furthermore, simultaneous regression analysis reveals that operational efficiency, capital structure, and third-party fund growth collectively have a significant effect on the firm value of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia. Meanwhile, when firm size is included as a control variable, the results show that operational efficiency and third-party fund growth do not have a significant partial effect on firm value, whereas capital structure does. Finally, the simultaneous regression analysis confirms that, even with firm size as a control variable, operational efficiency, capital structure, and third-party fund growth collectively exert a significant influence on the firm value of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia. Keywords: Operational Efficiency, Capital Structure, Third-Party Fund Growth, Firm Size, Firm Value
