Taar Village, located in Tual City, Maluku, has abundant natural potential, especially in the marine and fisheries sector, which provides great opportunities for community-based economic development. However, the partners involved, namely the Cake Super Moms business group, faced several problems, namely the lack of knowledge about seaweed fortification in brownies, a lack of understanding about effective promotion, and unstructured business management. This community service activity aims to provide training and knowledge transfer to business group members so they can increase the nutritional value of their products through seaweed fortification, as well as improve marketing strategies and business management. The methods used include counseling, training in making seaweed brownies, marketing techniques, and simple bookkeeping management. The results of the pre-test and post-test evaluations showed a significant increase in the knowledge and skills of participants, where knowledge about making brownies increased from 25% to 90% and skills from 20% to 90%. In Promotion, there was an increase in knowledge from 35% to 85% indicating that participants now better understand the concept of effective promotion. Knowledge also increased in Business Management where before the training it was 35% and after the training it was 90%, indicating a better understanding of business management. This shows that the training provided is effective in improving the business capabilities of partner groups, and has the potential tosupport their economic welfare.
