The availability of clean water is a fundamental public need that must be fulfilled sustainably. PERUMDAM Tirta Mayang Jambi City relies on a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system for monitoring and controlling water quality at the Broni 2 Water Treatment Plant (WTP) with a capacity of 600 liters per second. This study aims to evaluate SCADA system performance through water quality and quantity parameter analysis from October to December 2024. A mixed methods approach was applied by combining numerical data analysis and descriptive field observation. Findings indicate that the production water pH remained stable at 6.9, turbidity was successfully reduced to an average of 1.4–1.8 NTU, and residual chlorine was consistently maintained at 0.3 mg/L, all complying with Minister of Health Regulation Number 2 of 2023. Nevertheless, inspection of 15 sensor instruments revealed a concerning condition, where only one instrument functioned optimally, nine required maintenance, and five were declared non-functional. Damage to the Chlorine Analyzer and pH Converter potentially threatens the safety of water distributed to customers. Therefore, implementation of a structured preventive maintenance schedule along with adequate provision of replacement components is urgently needed to restore overall system reliability. Keywords : Preventive Maintenance, SCADA System, Sensor Evaluation, Water Quality, Water Treatment Plant ~
