Anemia among adolescent girls remains a significant public health issue due to its impact on health, academic performance, and future quality of life. Low knowledge and poor adherence to iron supplementation are major contributing factors. Therefore, effective and sustainable educational innovations are needed. This community service activity aimed to improve adolescent girls' knowledge regarding anemia prevention through the use of a pocketbook, "CANTIK." The methods included interactive education, discussions, hemoglobin (Hb) examination, and evaluation using a pre-test and post-test. The program was conducted among 34 female students at SMA Negeri 1 Sampoiniet. The results showed an increase in knowledge, with the “good” category rising from 47.1% to 79.4%, and the mean score improving from 10.88 to 13.35. Additionally, more than half of the participants were identified as having mild to moderate anemia. The use of pocket books as an educational medium proved effective in improving understanding and information retention. These findings highlight the importance of innovative educational media in supporting sustainable anemia prevention efforts among adolescent girls.
