This study aims to analyze the influence of environmental factors on oil palm productivity at New Plantation, PTPN IV Regional VI. The observed environmental factors included rainfall, air temperature, relative humidity, and sunlight intensity. This research applied a quantitative descriptive method using primary data obtained from field measurements and secondary data collected during 2021–2025. Plant productivity was measured based on fresh fruit bunch yield per hectare across several blocks with different planting years. The results indicated that changes in environmental conditions affected oil palm productivity. A decline in rainfall was accompanied by increases in air temperature and relative humidity, while sunlight intensity fluctuated during the observation period. Despite these microclimate changes, productivity in most blocks continued to increase. The highest productivity was observed in productive-age plants, whereas younger plants produced lower yields. Overall, environmental conditions at New Plantation remain favorable for oil palm growth and production, supported by proper plantation management practices.
