Asset management and daily operational activity reporting of housekeeping, security, and technician personnel at Universitas Pamulang under the Lembaga Pengembangan Aset dan Urusan Dalam have previously been conducted manually and through fragmented WhatsApp group chats. This conventional approach causes difficulties in long-term data archiving, high risks of data loss, slow tracking of maintenance progress, and inefficient stock monitoring. This study aims to design and build a web-based Digital Asset Management and Activity Reporting Application (E-ALK), named Aktivara, to centralize inventory administration and streamline daily task workflows in real time. The system was developed using a structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach utilizing the Laravel 11 framework, PHP, MySQL database, Tailwind CSS 3.1.0, and Telegram Bot API integration. E-ALK implements role-based access control across four user tiers (Superadmin, Leader/Management, Operational Staff, and General Users) and encompasses modules for daily activity reporting with before-and-after photo evidence, Kanban-based task workflow and approval, asset lifecycle tracking, stock opname, automated packing lists with digital signatures, and PDF/Excel report exports. Black-box testing across all functional and non-functional requirements demonstrated 100% validity, confirming that E-ALK significantly improves operational efficiency, data transparency, and managerial decision-making.
