This study aimed to develop a web-based vehicle customization service reservation application integrated with a payment gateway to support reservation management and digital payments. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature review. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, comprising requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The application was built with Laravel/PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL, and integrated with Midtrans. Its features include user registration and login, a service catalog, schedule-based reservations, order history, digital payments, and administrator management. Functional testing covered 12 scenarios: seven normal-condition scenarios and five abnormal-condition scenarios. All scenarios were reported as successful, resulting in a 100% functional test pass rate. The abnormal scenarios included incorrect passwords, duplicate email registration, schedule conflicts, and unauthorized attempts to access administrator pages. These results indicate that the tested functions produced the expected outputs; however, they do not establish predictive accuracy, overall system performance or security, or user satisfaction.
