This study aims to develop a web-based system for determining the nutritional status of toddlers using the Mamdani Fuzzy Logic method at the Mawasangka Village Integrated Service Post (Posyandu). The system uses age, height, and weight as input variables. The study employed a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. Data collected from Posyandu Mawasangka were used to construct membership functions, a rule base, inference processes, and defuzzification. System testing was conducted on 120 toddler records by comparing system outputs with nutritional status validation results from Posyandu. The results show that 104 of 120 records were consistent, resulting in an accuracy of 86.67%. Differences in several records were influenced by numerical rounding, calculation precision, numerical approaches used by the system, and implementation variations in membership functions, aggregation, and defuzzification. These findings indicate that Mamdani Fuzzy Logic can support a computerized process for determining toddler nutritional status at Posyandu Mawasangka.
