Anemia remains a major nutritional problem affecting the health and productivity of adolescent girls in Indonesia. This study analyzed the effect of the “RANEMIA” e-booklet educational media, combined with an interactive lecture, on improving knowledge, attitudes, and anemia-prevention behavior among adolescent girls at SMA Darussalam Ciputat, South Tangerang. A quantitative quasi-experimental design with a one-group pre-test post-test approach was used, involving 45 adolescent girls selected through stratified random sampling. Measurements were taken before the intervention (pre-test), immediately after (post-test 1), and seven days later (post-test 2), then analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and effect size. Before the intervention, most respondents had poor knowledge (84.4%), positive attitudes (88.9%), and moderate behavior (73.3%). After the intervention, all respondents (100%) achieved good knowledge, positive attitudes, and good behavior at post-test 1, and these results were largely maintained at post-test 2. The Wilcoxon test showed significant differences between pre-test and both post-tests for all three variables (p<0.05), with large effect sizes ranging from 0.865 to 0.876. The RANEMIA e-booklet is therefore an effective nutrition education medium for improving and sustaining anemia-prevention knowledge, attitudes, and behavior among adolescent girls in a school setting.
