This study aims to analyze the effects of work motivation and work environment on the productivity of production employees at PT Adyawinsa Plastics Industry in South Cikarang, both partially and simultaneously. A quantitative approach using a survey method was employed, involving 78 respondents selected through simple random sampling from a population of 340 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and documentation and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 27. The results indicate that work motivation has no significant effect on employee productivity (p = 0.142), while the work environment has a positive and significant effect (p = 0.001). Simultaneously, both variables significantly affect productivity (p < 0.001), with a coefficient of determination of 47.6%. The work environment makes a more dominant contribution than work motivation. These findings emphasize the importance of improving workplace conditions, including cleanliness, lighting, air circulation, facilities, effective communication, and harmonious working relationships. Companies should also maintain efforts to enhance employee motivation through recognition and skills development to support sustainable productivity in production processes.
