This study aims to determine the perceptions of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) actors regarding the benefits and obstacles of Islamic financing for micro enterprises at BSI KCP Pangkalan Brandan and to identify the factors that influence MSME actors' perceptions of the obstacles to Islamic financing. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, with MSME actors serving as the main subjects and bank personnel as additional sources of information. The data were analyzed through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was established through source triangulation, technique triangulation, persistent observation, and discussions with supervisors. The results of the study revealed two main findings. First, MSME actors have a fairly positive perception of Islamic financing at BSI KCP Pangkalan Brandan because the financing helps meet capital needs, increase inventory, purchase raw materials and business equipment, and support business development. However, several obstacles were identified, including limited understanding of Islamic financing, application requirements, repayment obligations, and unstable business income. Second, the factors influencing MSME actors' perceptions of obstacles to Islamic financing include knowledge of Islamic financing, business financial conditions, repayment ability, application requirements and procedures, previous experience with financing, and capital needs. MSME actors with good understanding and repayment ability tend to have greater confidence in using Islamic financing, while limited knowledge, unstable income, and difficulties in meeting requirements may create hesitation in applying for financing.
