The Dieng Plateau is an area known for its agricultural cultivation. However, excessive use of land for agriculture increases the potential for landslides that disrupt community activities. This research aims to determine the potential losses due to landslides on agricultural land and determine strategies for managing environmental damage due to landslides in the Dieng Plateau. Determination of sample locations was carried out using the purposive sampling method, while data collection used the accidental sampling method. Data analysis uses quantitative techniques and SWOT analysis is used to formulate environmental damage management strategies. The research results show that the greatest losses due to landslides occur during the harvest period. The observation location that has the greatest potential for loss is location 1 which is Dieng Kulon Village. As the years go by, the resulting losses will be greater. The appropriate environmental management strategy to implement is Planting of vegetation types that are beneficial for the environment, tourism and agriculture to improve environmental quality and improve community welfare, stricter monitoring of agricultural activities, and the formation of a disaster response team.
