English proficiency represents an essential competency for university students in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0. Standardized tests such as the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) are widely utilized as graduation requirements and recruitment prerequisites. However, Indonesian university students encounter significant obstacles in the Structure and Written Expression section, evidenced by a low national average score of 374, with 53.3% identifying grammar as the most challenging component. This study aims to design, develop, and evaluate Structify, an interactive multiplatform English quiz application for TOEFL preparation powered by a RESTful API architecture. The research methodology adopts the Design Science Research (DSR) framework. System implementation integrates Flutter for the mobile client (Android), Laravel as the backend RESTful API provider, React.js (Inertia.js) for the web administrator dashboard, and a relational database system. Functional evaluation was conducted using Black Box Testing with Equivalence Partitioning across 14 core scenarios. Testing results confirmed all scenarios executed successfully, achieving a 100% success rate, demonstrating Structify's capability to establish an interactive, real-time synchronized self-learning ecosystem for TOEFL preparation.
