Purpose: This study analyzes the political strategy used by Fitriana Mugie, a female legislative candidate from the Golkar Party, in winning the 2024 Legislative Election in Central Aceh Regency. Methodology: The method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation of campaign activities. Findings: The results of the study show several main political strategies implemented by Fitriana. First, conducting political segmentation by mapping the needs of the voting community. Second, targeting certain groups of voters such as novice voters and women. Third, conducting political positioning through community-based activities such as organizing sports activities and developing soft skills that suit the interests of the voter group. In addition to these strategies, Fitriana's electoral success is supported by economic capital, social capital, and the influence of her family's political network, especially through her family's social recognition in the local community. Practical Implications: This study emphasizes that the success of female legislative candidates is not only determined by campaign strategy, but also the result of the interaction between political marketing strategies, political capital strength, and institutional support of political parties. Therefore, strengthening women's political capacity and structural support from parties are important factors in increasing women's chances of victory in local electoral politics. Value: The contribution of this study is important to understand women's political participation at the local level, emphasizing that their success cannot be explained only through political marketing approaches, but rather through synergies between campaign strategies, political capital, and party power structures.
