<![CDATA[Abstrak: RothyPets adalah sebuah toko yang menjual segala perlengkapan dan kebutuhan hewan masih menggunakan sistem manual (konvensional), yang masih terikat dengan cara perdagangan didunia nyata. Selain itu sistem yang digunakan juga masih manual, sehingga pengerjaan masih kurang efektif dan juga persaingan bisnis petshop dikota Bekasi semakin ketat karna banyaknya pedatang baru. Tujuan penelitian dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang muncul dalam toko RothyPets, oleh karena itu dengan adanya aplikasi E-Commerce pada toko Rothypets diharapkan dapat mempermudah masyarakat untuk berbelanja di RothyPets tanpa harus datang ke toko RothyPets, serta dapat memperluas pemasaran dan dapat meningkatkan costumer loyality. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall. Tahapan yang ada didalamnya antara lain analisis kebutuhan, desain, pembuatan kode, pengujian dan pendukung. Sistem ini dibuat menggunakan program php dan database MySql, hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya sistem informasi penjualan perlengkapan hewan berbasis web yang dapat digunakan oleh toko Rothypets untuk mempermudah proses pengolahan data serta memperluas jangkauan promosi. The purpose of the research is to solve the problems that appear in RothyPets store, therefore with the E-Commerce application on Rothypets store is expected to make it easier for people to shop at RothyPets without having to come to RothyPets store, and can expand marketing and can increase costumer loyality. Software development method used is waterfall method. Stages in it include requirements analysis, design, code generation, testing and support. This system is created using php program and MySql database, the result of this research is the creation of web-based animal sales information system that can be used by Rothypets store to simplify data processing and extend the reach of promotion.
