ABSTRAKUntuk memenuhi pelayanan dalam proses jasa industri, PT. Agaricus Sido Makmur Sentosa (ASIMAS) memerlukan persediaan bahan-bahan produksi seperti kapsul dan tablet untuk kebutuhan tiap periodenya. Efisiensi waktu dalam mengetahui prediksi jumlah kebutuhan  bahan produksi sangat penting untuk dilakukan, karena produksi merupakan kegiatan dasar suatu perusahaan dalam menghasilkan suatu produk yang layak untuk dipasarkan kepada masyarakat, dan mendapatkan keuntungan. Kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap produk yang  telah diproduksi pun akan semakin meningkat. Keputusan dalam menentukan jumlah kebutuhan bahan produksi pun dapat cepat dilakukan perusahaan. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut maka perlu dibangun sistem informasi prediksi kebutuhan bahan produksi pada PT. Agaricus Sido Makmur Sentosa (ASIMAS) dan menerapkan metode  exponential smoothing  pada sistem tersebut, sehingga dapat mengefisienkan waktu perusahaan dalam mengetahui prediksi jumlah kebutuhan bahan produksi.Kata Kunci: Prediksi, Kebutuhan Bahan Produksi, Exponential Smoothing.ABSTRACTTo  fulfill the service  in  the  services  industry,  PT.  Agaricus  Sido  Makmur  Sentosa  (ASIMAS) require a supply of materials such as capsule and tablet production to needs of each period. Efficiencytime  in knowing the  predicted number  of production  material requirements  is very  important to do, because the production is the basic activity of a company in producing a viable product to be marketedto the public,  and making  a profit.  Public confidence in the  products that  have been produced  willincrease. Decision in determining  the amount of production material requirements can be quickly done by the company. Based on the description  it  is necessary to build  predictive  information  system  needs of  materialproduction at PT. Agaricus Sido Makmur Sentosa (ASIMAS) and apply exponential smoothing methodin  the system,  so that the  company  can  minimize the time  in knowing the  prediction of  the amount ofproduction material requirements.Keywords: Prediction, Production Material Requirements, Exponential Smoothing
