ABSTRAKSub Bagian Kepegawaian RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang memiliki tugas melakukanadministrasi kepegawaian meliputi masalah kenaikan pangkat, kenaikan gaji berkala, penetapanjabatan, mutasi, penghargaan, cuti, pensiun, termasuk presensi pegawai dalam hal inimenggunakan presensi finger print. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara penulis,pengolahan informasi kepegawaian sudah dilakukan dengan terkomputerisasi. Data-datamengenai kepegawaian sudah berada di dalam suatu database dengan program aplikasi Simpeg.Namun, aplikasi tersebut masih memiliki kekurangan yaitu belum adanya fitur pembuatanlaporan presensi pegawai.Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu konsep pengolahan data pegawai dengan fiturpresensi finger print, sehingga sesuai dengan kebutuhan administrasi kepegawaian RSUD Dr.Saiful Anwar Malang, menggunakan PHP dan MySQL. Metode pengembangan sistem yangpenulis gunakan adalah SDLC. Pada  akhirnya,  sistem  ini  dapat  memberikan  keluaran  kepada  penggunanya  yaituberupa  laporan data pegawai dan laporan presensi pegawai.   Untuk  ke  depannya,  aplikasi  inidapat  dikembangkan  lagi dengan penambahan modul-modul kepegawaian lainnya.Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi, KepegawaianABSTRACTSub of employment Dr. Saiful Anwar General Hospital of Malang has duty to run thepersonnel administration like raise of degree, raise of salary, the determination of position,mutation, the award, day off, retirement.In this way, it uses finger print. But, the application is stillhaving a deficiency namely the absence of the preparation of reports attendance.Therefore it needs a concept of data processing employees with features attendancefinger print. In accordance with their needs, the personnel administration Dr. Saiful AnwarGeneral Hospital of Malang. Use PHP and Mysql. Method of development system that theresearcher used was SDLC.In the end, the system can give the output to the user in the form of data statement civilservants and report the attendance employees.
