Leukemia known as blood cancer, is one type of malignancy of blood cells derived from bone marrow and can occur inchildren. This study aimed to identify the relationship of family support with anxiety level of leukemia children due tochemotherapy. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive correlation design and cross sectionalapproach. The sample of this research is 30 respondents taken based on inclusion criteria usingpurposive samplingtechnique. The measuring tool used were questionnaires for family support variable and assessment tool that has beenstandard Hamilton Anxiety anxiety (HARS-A) for anxiety level. The results of this study found that 16 respondents(53.3%) had positive support and there were 18 respondents (60%) who had anxiety level in facing chemotherapy. Theresult of statistical test using Chi Square obtained p value (0,654) >alpha (0,05), so it can be concluded there is norelation between family support with anxiety level of leukemia children due to chemotherapy.
