<![CDATA[Automation and Digital Library System at Bina Darma University has been used since 2006 until now, but from the initial study was conducted using this system to get different responses from users. Automation system greatly assist the process of administrative activities in the library of the Bina Darma University. But if the performance of this system has been accepted by all users? Therefore, it is necessary to do research on the issue. By using the model of Human Organization Technology in this study is in getting the results of more than 80% said strongly agree with the performance of automation systems and between the variables of Human, Organization and Technology together no correlation to the performance of the automation system.
