Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengkaji pertumbuhan dan hasil tomat ceri pada pemberian pupukhayati mikoriza, azolla, serta pengurangan pupuk N dan P. Penelitian berupa percobaan pot denganrancangan faktorial 2 x 2 x 3. Faktor yang dicoba: 1) pemberian pupuk hayati mikoriza yaitu tanpa mikorizadan dengan mikoriza, 2) pemberian kompos azolla yaitu: tanpa azolla dan dengan kompos azolla, 3)pengurangan pupuk N dan P yang terdiri dari: 0% (sesuai dosis rekomendasi), 15 % dari dosis rekomendasi,dan 30 % dari rekomendasi. Percobaan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok lengkap, yang diulang 3kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan tanaman tomat ceri terbaik dicapai pada tanamantanpa mikoriza dengan pengurangan pupuk N dan P 15%, demikian juga untuk pemberian azolla. Hasil tomatceri yang tinggi dicapai pada tanaman yang diberi azolla dengan pengurangan pupuk N dan P15%, tetapiapabila tanaman diberi mikoriza dan azolla pengurangan pupuk hingga 30%.Kata kunci: Azolla, mikoriza, pupuk hayati, tomat ceri. ABSTRACTThe aim of this research was to know the growth and yield of cherry tomato affected by applicationof mycorrhiza, azolla compost, and subtruction of NP fertilizer. This research was pot experiment withfactorial 2x2x3. The factor were : 1) mycorrhiza biofertilizer that was : without and with mycorrhiza, 2)azolla compost: without and with azolla compost, and 3) the deduction of NP fertilizer that consist of : 0%restriction from NP fertilizing recomendation, 15 % from NP fertilizing recomendation, and 30 % from NPfertilizing recomendation. This experiment used randomized complete block design which three replications.The results showed that the best growth of cherry tomato oocuured on the plant without mycorrhiza and 15%N and P deduction from recommendation one. Similar result also happed when plant was applied with azolla.The highest crop yield oocured on the plant applied with azolla and and subtraction of NP up to 15%.However when plant was applied with mycorrhiza and azolla, the subtraction was able to increase up to 30%of N and P deduction.Key words: Azolla, biofertilizer, cherry tomato, mycorrhiza.
