<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap diversifikasi pangan non beras di DIY. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September sampai dengan Nopember 2011 di empat kabupaten dan satu kota yaitu Bantul, Kulon Progo, Sleman dan Gunungkidul serta kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survai eksplanatori, penelitian yang dilakukan mengutamakan sampel sebagai yang mewakili populasi untuk menjadi sasaran penelitian. Penentuan lokasi penelitian secara purposif (sengaja), sedangkan penentuan responden dilakukan secara Proporsinal Random Sampling (SRS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor perubahan perilaku dan faktor akseptabilitas secara positif mempengaruhi diversifikasi pangan masyarakat DIY. Perubahan perilaku mempengaruhi diversifikasi pangan sebesar 19,8 persen dan akseptablitas mempengaruhi diversifikasi pangan sebesar 31,4 persen dan sisanya sebesar 48,8 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.This study aims to determine the factors that influence the non-rice food diversification in DIY. This research was conducted in September to November 2011 in four countries and one city that is Bantul, Kulon Progo, Sleman and Gunungkidul well as the city of Yogyakarta. This study uses explanatory survey, conducted research as a priority sample representing a target population for the study.
