<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of profitability to stock prices with corporate value as a variable mediation. The population in this research are all companies listed in LQ 45 Index of 45 companies. The research sample is data from 14 companies that meet the criteria during the period 2012-2016 as many as 70 observation data. Result of hypothesis test show that profitability have positive effect to company value. Corporate value has a positive effect on stock prices. Likewise profitability has a positive effect on the value of stock prices. Sobel test results show that the value of the company as a mediation variable from the influence of profitability to the stock price of the company LQ 45. Keywords: Profitability, company value, stock price ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap harga saham dengan nilai perusahaan sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang tercatat dalam Indeks LQ 45 sebanyak 45 perusahaan Sampel penelitian adalah data dari 14 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria selama periode 2012-2016 sebanyak 70 data amatan. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham. Demikian juga profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai harga saham. Hasil uji Sobel menunjukkan bahwa nilai perusahaan sebagai variabel mediasi dari pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap harga saham perusahaan LQ 45.
