<![CDATA[AbstrakSecara kualitatif Tolok ukur keberhasilan pembangunan ekonomi adalah terjadinya Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. Namun pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak mencerminkan kesejateraan rakyat. Ukuran kesejateraan rakyat bisa diukur dengan Indeks Kualitas Hidup secara Fisik (Physical Quality of Life Indeks/PQLI). Sedangkan ketimpangan/kesenjangan dapat diukur menggunakan Indeks Ratio Gini. Ratio Gini Indonesia tahun 2017 sebesar 0,397 tergolong cukup lebar kesenjangan. Untuk mengurangi tingginya indeks Ratio Gini Upaya yang harus dilakukan adalah (1) Penguatan Sumber Daya Manusi SDM (2) Penguatan Akses bagi rakyat miskin (3) Reformasi Agraria dan pembagian asset (4) Jalur Fiskal (APBN) dan (5) Kembali pada Konstitusi. Kata kunci : Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, PQLI, Indeks Ratio Gini Abstract Qualitatively Benchmark of economic development success is the occurrence of Economic Growth. But economic growth does not reflect the welfare of the people. The size of the people's welfare can be measured by the Physical Quality of Life Index (PQLI).
