POSITIVE PARENTING PROGRAM (TRIPLE P) SEBAGAI USAHA UNTUK MENURUNKAN PENGASUHAN DISFUNGSIONAL PADA ORANGTUA YANG MEMPUNYAI ANAK BERKEBUTUHAN KHUSUS (DENGAN DIAGNOSA AUTIS DAN ADHD)

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to look at the effectiveness of the Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) to reduce the dysfunctional parenting to parents who have children with special needs. Subjects were parents that have children with special needs, with the diagnosis of children with autism and ADHD. This samples base on the results of the assessment showed symptoms of negative emotions when caring with their child.Triple P adapted and modified from Subekti (2010) material provided consisting of psychoeducation about understanding Positive Parenting Program Triple P function to improve the social skills of children and how to perform self-regulation of emotion and reflection. Measuring tool used is dysfunctional parenting scale of Subekti (2010) .The result showed that the statistical test with different test Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test with SPSS 18.0 for Windows shows the probability value 0.167 (p> 0.05). It can be seen that there is no change in dysfunctional parenting between the groups before and after training of Triple P. Keywords : Triple P, dysfunctional parenting, parents with autistic and ADHD AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektivitas Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) untuk menurunkan pengasuhan disfungsional pada orangtua yang mempunyai anak berkebutuhan khusus. Subjek penelitian adalah orangtua yang mempunyai anak berkebutuhan khusus,dengan diagnosa anak autis dan ADHD, dan dari hasil asesmen yang menunjukkan adanya gejala emosi negatif ketika mengasuh anaknya.Triple P diadaptasi dan dimodifikasi dari Subekti (2010) materi yang diberikan terdiri dari psikoedukasi tentang pemahaman Positive Parenting Program, fungsi Triple P untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan sosial anak dan cara melakukan regulasi emosi serta refleksi diri. Alat ukur yang dipakai adalah skala pengasuhan disfungsional dari Subekti (2010).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari uji statistik dengan uji beda Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test denganm bantuan program SPSS 18.0 for windows menunjukkan nilai probabilitas 0,167 (p>0,05). Hal ini dapat dilihat bahwa tidak terdapat perubahan pengasuhan disfungsional antara kelompok sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan Triple P. Kata Kunci: Triple P, pengasuhan disfungsional, orangtua dengan autis dan ADHD
