KOMUNIKASI KELOMPOK ANTAR PECANDU NARKOBA DALAM PROSES PEMULIHAN PSIKOLOGI DAN SOSIAL DI PUSAT PENGEMBANGAN REHABILITASI YAYASAN PINTU HIJRAH (SIRAH)

 ABSTRAK, Penelitian ini berjudul Komunikasi Kelompok Antar Pecandu Narkoba Dalam Proses Pemulihan Psikologis dan Sosial Di Pusat Pengembangan Rehabilitasi Yayasan Pintu Hijrah (SIRAH). Tujuan penelitian untuk menjelaskan proses komunikasi kelompok antar pecandu narkoba di pusat pengembangan rehabilitasi Yayasan Pintu Hijrah (SIRAH) dalam proses pemulihan psikologis dan sosial, untuk mengetahui hambatan dalam komunikasi kelompok antar pecandu narkoba, dan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan yang dicapai Yayasan Pintu Hijrah (SIRAH) dalam proses pemulihan psikologis dan sosial. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Teori Groupthink. Pendekatan yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Teknik pemilihan informan menggunakan purposive sampling. Sebanyak tujuh orang informan dipilih dengan kriteria informan merupakan pecandu narkoba aktif dan heterogen, informan merupakan anggota rehabilitasi rawat inap di Yayasan Pintu Hijrah (SIRAH), informan telah mengikuti kegiatan rehabilitasi selama 3 bulan, informan dalam kategori masih waras, satu orang staff dan satu orang Program Manager sebagai penunjang data mengenai komunikasi kelompok di Yayasan Pintu Hijrah (SIRAH). Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan wawancara semistruktur, observasi non-participant dan studi dokumen. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil komunikasi kelompok terjadi dan terjalin dengan baik antar residen melalui circle group di Yayasan Pintu Hijrah (SIRAH). Proses komunikasi kelompok antar residen melalui 4 (empat) fase, yaitu fase orientasi, fase konflik, fase timbulnya sikap baru, dan fase dukungan. Hambatan komunikasi kelompok pemulihan disebabkan oleh hambatan semantik dan psikologi. Keberhasilan Yayasan Pintu Hijrah (SIRAH) dipengaruhi 4 (empat) faktor yaitu Kohesivitas yang tinggi berupa program dan aturan pada residennya, faktor struktural, tekanan kelompok, dan ketertutupan pikiran.Kata kunci : Komunikasi Kelompok, Pecandu Narkoba, PemulihanGroup Communication of Drug Addicts In Psychological and Social Recovery Process at Rehabilitation Development Center Yayasan Pintu Hijrah (SIRAH)ABSTRACT, This research entitled Group Communication Of Drug Addicts In Psychological And Social Recovery Process At Rehabilitation Development Center Yayasan Pintu Hijrah (SIRAH). The purpose of this research is to explain the process of group communication drug addicts at rehabilitation development center Yayasan Pintu Hijrah (SIRAH) in psychological and social recovery process, to know the obstacles in group communication of drug addicts, and to know the success achieved by Yayasan Pintu Hijrah (SIRAH) in psychological and social recovery process. The theory used in this research is Groupthink Theory. The approach used was qualitative approach with descriptive type. The technique of informant selection was purposive sampling. Seven informants were selected with the criteria: informant was  a drug addict active and heterogeneous, the informant is a patient at rehabilitation development center Yayasan Pintu Hijrah (SIRAH), the informant has followed the rehabilitation activities for 3 months, the informant is catagorized psycologically sane, a staff and a Program Manager are also interview to support data about group communication at Yayasan Pintu Hijrah (SIRAH). Data collection techniques used were semi-structured interviews, Non-Participant observation and document studies. The result of the research showed group communication happened and well established between resident in circle group at Yayasan Pintu Hijrah (SIRAH). The communication process between resident groups through four phases: orientation phase, conflict phase, the emergence of a new attitude phase, and support phase. The group communication obtacles to the recovery are caused by semantic and psychological obtacles. The Yayasan Pintu Hijrah (SIRAH) successes are influenced by four factors: high Cohesiveness in the form of programs and rules its resident, structural factor, pressure group, and closed minded.Keywords: Group Communication, Drug Addict, Recovery
