RELASI MASYARAKAT DENGAN PERUSAHAAN GLOBAL SAWIT SEMESTA (PT. GSS) DI KAMPONG DASAN RAJA KOTA SUBULUSSALAM

Perusahaan dan masyarakat merupakan dua komponen yang saling mempengaruhi. Relasi dan dampak yang ditimbulkan di antara keduanya merupakan suatu hal yang tidak dapat dihindari, karena mereka berada di dalam lingkungan yang sama, saat relasi yang terbangun tidak berjalan harmonis, maka akan memicu terjadinya konflik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat relasi masyarakat Kampong Dasan Raja dengan Perusahaan Global Sawit Semesta (PT.GSS), dan melihat Potensi Konflik yang terjadi dalam masyarakat, serta konsensus yang berkembang terkait relasi masyarakat Dasan Raja dan Perusahaan Global Sawit Semesta (PT.GSS). Peneliti ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif, dimana yang menjadi informan diperoleh dengan metode purposive sampling. Untuk menganalisis penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan Teori Struktural Konflik. Informasi yang di peroleh dari penelitian ini adalah adanya relasi yang retak antara masyarakat dan perusahaan akibat dari tidak balance keuntungan yang diperoleh perusahaan dan dampak yang diberikan kepada masyarakat setempat, seperti bantuan ekonomi yang tidak di salurkan, pendidikan, kesehatan, pembangunan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat, hal ini menimbulkan tidak harmonisnya masyarakat dan perusahaan, ditambah dengan bocornya kolam limbah perusahaan pada tahun 2016 yang berdampak pada permukiman masyarakat sehingga menimbulkan konflik antara masyarakat dan pihak perusahaa, setelah hal itu terjadi, muncul sebuah perundingan (konsensus) anatara kedua belah pihak, dalam perjalanan perundingan (konsensus), banyaknya tuntutan masyarakat atas tanggung jawab yang selama ini tidak di penuhi oleh perusahaan, seperti bantuan ekonomi, pendidikan, kesehatan, pembangunan, pemberdayaan masyarakat dan pembuatan bronjong. Setelah perundingan (konsensus) berjalan, pihak perusahaan kemudian memperbaiki kerusakan penampungan limbah tersebut, namun tetap saja konflik laten yang telah lama ada antar keduanya tidak hilang, akibat dari tuntutan masyarakat yang masih banyak terabaikan oleh pihak perusahaan, ketika keadaan tetap sama seperti keadaan sebelumnya hal ini akan terus terjadinya konflik laten antar keduanya yang berpotensi tinggi.Serta akan berubah menjadi konflik manifes nantinya.Kata kunci : Relasi, Masyarakat, Perusahaan Global Sawit Semesta (PT. Relationships and the resulting impact between the two are things that cannot be avoided, because they are in the same environment, when the relationships that are built do not run harmoniously, it will trigger conflict. This study aims to see the relationship of the Dasan Raja Village, with the Global Palm Oil Company (PT. GSS), and see the Potential Conflicts that occur within the community, as well as the growing consensus regarding the Dasan Raja Village relations and the Global Palm Oil Company (PT. GSS). This researcher uses qualitative methods with descriptive research types, where the informants are obtained by purposive sampling method. To analyze this research, researchers used the Structural Theory of Conflict. The information obtained from this study is that there is a fractured relationship between the community and the company as a result of not balancing the profits earned by the company and the impact given to the local community, such as economic assistance that is not channeled, education, health, development and community empowerment, This has caused the community and the company to be in harmony, coupled with the leakage of the company's waste ponds in 2016 which affected community settlements, causing conflict between the community and the company, after that happened, a consensus emerged between the two parties, during the negotiation journey. (consensus), the number of community demands for responsibilities that have not been fulfilled by the company, such as economic assistance, education, health, development, community empowerment and making gabions. After the negotiations (consensus) are running, the company then corrects the damage to the waste collection, but still the latent conflict that has long existed between the two is not lost, as a result of the demands of the community which is still largely ignored by the company, when the situation remains the same as the previous situation this will continue to be a latent conflict between the two who have high potential.
