Agri Makmur Pertiwi tentunya juga diperlukan adanya Mesin packing otomatis untuk mengepak benih secara cepat dan efisien agar tidak memakan waktu yanglama dan tidak mengeluarkan biaya berlebih. Mesin packing otomatis memiliki peranan yangsangat penting bagi perusahaan dan berada pada ruang produksi. Salah satu contohnyaadalah Filvo High Speed Horizontal Packaging Machine F-90 G, mesin packing otomatis denganintermitten, di desain untuk memproduksi kemasan dengan tiga atau empat side – sealdengan menggunakan system PLC dan Pneumatic. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui trouble yang mungkin terjadi dan mencari solusi serta perawatan dan perbaikanpada Filvo High Speed Horizontal Packaging Machine F-90 G. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasanyang telah dilakukan maka didapatkan simpulan yaitu dengan adanya Kegiatan Praktik kerjaIndustri yang telah dilaksanakan bahwa Troubleshooting Filvo High Speed Horizontal PackagingMachine F-90 G yang terjadi yaitu Foil tidak lengket, Foil rusak (meleleh), Temperatur padasealer tidak bisa panas, Sealer panas tetapi indicator tetap rendah, Tampilan pada temperaturcontrol menunjukan error. Penanganan atau solusi dari permasalahan diatas adalah dengancara melakukan perawatan dan penggantian komponen dari Filvo High Speed HorizontalPackaging Machine F-90 G yang mengalami masalah atau ada kerusakan. Apabila denganmemperbaiki komponen yang mengalami gangguan sudah cukup, maka tidak perlumelakukan penggantian.
