<![CDATA[ABSTRAKAnemia adalah umum pada kebanyakan pasien dengan penyakit ginjal kronis yangmenjalani hemodialisis. Dari uraian di atas maka membuat studi tentang pengaruhpemberian eritropoietin rekombinan untuk meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin pada pasiendengan penyakit ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisis di rumah sakit Ibnu SinaGresik.Desain penelitian menggunakan desain pra eksperimental dengan pre-post testdalam satu kelompok. Wich meliputi 17 sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Datadikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Data proses dan dianalisismenggunakan uji wilcoxon sign test.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hemoglobin semua responden sebelummemperoleh rekombinan Erythropoietin 100% dari responden berpengalaman dalamlipatan hemoglobin. Berdasarkan uji wilcoxon stastistical signifikansi diperoleh di kantor p= 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,005, berarti ada pengaruh pemberian rekombinan erythropoietinterhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin.Terapi rekombinan erythropoietin adalah konsep dasar yang cepat meningkatkankualitas hidup penderita. Memberikan eritropoetin rekombinan sangat efektif untukmemperbaiki anemia dan mengurangi insiden komplikasi penyakit kardiovaskular.Kata kunci: rekombinan Erythropoietin, Jumlah Hemoglobin, Penyakit Ginjal Kronis.ABSTRACTAnemia is common in most patients with cronic kidney disease who undergohemodialysis.
