<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Operasi fraktur merupakan suatu tindakan yang menghasilkan berbagai tanda dan gejala. Tanda yang sering dialami adalah nyeri pada tulang. Nyeri setelah operasi tidak selalu dirasakan baik oleh pasien. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik relaksasi progresif terhadap intensitas nyeri pasien pasca operasi femur fraktur.Desain penelitian ini pra eksperimental dengan satu kelompok pretest-posttest design. Sampel diambil secara total sampling yaitu pasien fraktur pasca operasi tulang femur. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan lembar pengamatan skala nyeri pada tulang menurut Bourbanis. Uji statistik menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test dengan tingkat signifikansi < 0,05.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar mengalami nyeri pada tulang (75%) sebelum dilakukan dengan teknik relaksasi progresif dan setelah dilakukan dengan teknik relaksasi progresif dari pengalaman yang lebih besar dari rasa sakit ringan di tulang (66,7%). Hasil uji statistik didapatkan signifikansi sebesar 0.045 <0,05 yang artinya ada teknik relaksasi progresif berpengaruh terhadap intensitas nyeri pasien pasca operasi fraktur femur.Teknik relaksasi progresif sangat diperlukan untuk menurunkan nyeri pasien pasca operasi faktur femur dan diharapkan pelayanan kesehatan untuk menerapkan dan meningkatkan teknik progresif baik relaksasi berturut-turut dilakukan sendiri dan juga secara konstruktif. Kata kunci: Teknik Relaksasi Progresif, Intensitas nyeri, Pasca operasi fraktur femur  ABSTRACT Surgery at fracture represent an action cause the disparity able to generate various sign and symptom. Sign which is often experienced is pain in bone. Pain in bone after surgery is do not always managed better by patient. This research is conducted to know the intensity of pain in bone of before and after given by progressive technique relaxation influence to intensity of pain in bone of patient of post op femur fracture. This design of research is pre experimental by one group pretest-posttest design. Sample taken by total sampling that is patient of post operative femur fracture.. Data collecting by using sheet of observation of scale of pain in bone of according to Bourbanis confirned in the form of percentage of, statistical test and Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test by a < 0.05. Result of research show most experiencing of pain in bone is (75%) before done by progresive technique relaxation and after done by progressive technique relaxation of more big experience of the light pain in bone (66.7%). Then from obtained by statistical examination result of significant count equal to 0.045 < 0.05 with the meaning there is progressive technique relaxation influence to intensity of pain in bone of patient of post operative femur fracture.
