This research using renspondens Indonesians workers and their family. The problems studied the role of family financial management decisions obtained Indonesians workers, especially how to make decisions of consumption and investment spending. The results of research is note that the family Indonesians workers who stayed at home that includes a husband or wife, father or mother and father or mother-in-law has an important role in decision making financial management results of remittances obtained Indonesians workers from working outside country. The success of financial management is usually measured by the number and value of investments that are generally managed jointly to ensure the economic sustainability of the entire family.
