Abstract

The study aimed to analyze the effect of job stress, job conflict and motivation on employees performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Branch Tegal. The independent variables in this study are job stress, job conflict and motivation. The dependent variable in this study is employees performance. The study used questionnaire as a data collection tool that is distributed to 132 respondents from PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Branch Tegal by using purposive sampling method. Data analysis method in the research is multiple linear regression by SPSS 21 program. The result showed that (1) Job stress, job conflict has no effect on employee performance, (2) Motivation has positive and significant effect on employees performance.
