The research method used is Explanatory Analysis approach that is explain the causalistic relationship between variables, then test instrument data, and data analysis by using linear regression analysis, correlation and coefficient of determination. Test the hypothesis (Test F). The results showed that the motivation, work discipline and employee performance of packaging section PT. Astra Honda Motor Parts Center can be said good. Motivation and work discipline give a significant effect to the increase of employees performance simultaneously that is equal to 58,1%.
