KINERJA PEGAWAI DALAM TINJAUAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI (STUDI KASUS)

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi budaya organisasi (profesionalisme, integritas, orientasi pelanggan, dan perbaikan tiada henti) terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. BNI Persero Tbk. Kanwil 07 Makassar. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dimensi budaya organisasi yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. BNI Persero. Tbk Kanwil 07 Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda sebagai teknik analisisnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi (Profesionalisme, integritas, orientasi pelanggan, dan perbaikan tiada henti) secara keseluruhan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sementara untuk pengujian parsial, variabel integritas yang paling siginifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja, Manajemen SDM ABSTRACT The objective of this study is to find effect of organizational culture (professionalism, integrity, customer orientation, and continuous improvement) to employee performance at PT BNI Persero Tbk. Kanwil 07 Makassar. Futhermore, the aim of this study is to detect the most influential of organizational culture dimension to employee performance. This study apply a quantitative descriptive approach with multiple regression analysis as its analysis technique. The result of this study indicate positive effect of organizational culture (professionalism, integrity, customer orientation, and continuous improvement) to employee performance. Based on partial testing, integrity has the most significant effect to employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Performance, HRM
