<![CDATA[This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of economic growth, and provincial minimum wages on employment opportunities in Jambi Province. The data used are secondary data in the form of periodic data series (time series) which began from 2001 to 2016 obtained from government agencies and internet sites that have been further processed. The method of analysis used is qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression data processing is done by Microsoft Excel and Eviews Software programs. Based on the results of the simultaneous testing showed that all the independent variables obtained by economic growth and provincial minimum wages had a significant influence on employment opportunities, while in partial testing showed that economic growth had a significant effect on employment opportunities, and provincial minimum wages had a significant effect on employment opportunities.]]>
