Fuzzy Inference System Dengan Metode Tsukamoto Sebagai Penunjang Keputusan Produksi (Studi Kasus : PT. Talkindo Selaksa Anugrah)

Abstract

Abstract During the termination of production of bread at PT. Talkindo Selaksa Anugrah rely on estimates of the manager alone. Where to that found many deficiencies that result in losses for the company. Based on the inventory data and the number of requests, then designed a decision support system using tsukamoto. In method of decision support systems there are three variables are modeled, namely: demand, supply and production. Variable demand consists of two fuzzy sets, namely: DOWN, and UP, variable inventory consists of two fuzzy sets, namely: LITTLE, and MUCH, while the variable production consists of two fuzzy sets, namely: REDUCED, and INCREASE. By combining all of the fuzzy set, obtained four fuzzy rules, which are then used in the inference stage. At this stage of inference, sought antecedent membership value (α) and the value of the estimated total production (z) of each rule. The number of items to be produced (Z) sought by the average defuzzification centralized. Talkindo Selaksa Anugrah selalu mengandalkan perkiraan dari manager saja. Dimana dengan hal tersebut banyak ditemui kekurangan yang berakibat kerugian bagi pihak perusahaan. Berdasarkan data persediaan dan jumlah permintaan, maka dirancang suatu sistem penunjang keputusan menggunakan metode tsukamoto.Dalam sistem penunjang keputusan ini ada  tiga variabel yang dimodelkan, yaitu: permintaan, persediaan dan produksi. Variabel permintaan terdiri dari dua himpunan fuzzy, yaitu: TURUN, dan NAIK, variabel persediaan terdiri dari dua himpunan fuzzy,yaitu: SEDIKIT, dan BANYAK, sedangkan variabel produksi terdiri dari dua himpunan fuzzy yaitu: BERKURANG, dan BERTAMBAH. Dengan mengkombinasikan semua himpunan fuzzy tersebut, diperoleh empat aturan fuzzy, yang selanjutnya digunakan dalam tahap inferensi. Pada tahap inferensi, dicari nilai keanggotaan anteseden (α) dan nilai perkiraan jumlah produksi (z) dari setiap aturan.
