<![CDATA[This research is to describe the effort of Kunci Institution in giving social service for drug abuse victims. Data are gathered through in-depth interview, observation, and documentary analysis. Informants are clients and Kunci institution care takers. Data are analysed through qualitative technique. The result shows that the institution gives social service through rehabilitation to drug abuse victims according to victims condition. In the proses of rehabilitation, the victims are oriented to live in community healthly, phisically, mentally, emotionally, socially, spiritually, and they ought to help themselves. Kunci Institution is one of government partner, non-profit, the clients participating in the rehabilitation have to pay fee as a compensation of daily service, facilities, and clients daily needs. It is recommended that the Ministry of Social Affairs and Narcotic National Board should support in trainning and education for institution care takers to enhance social service capability.]]>
