<![CDATA[The research on the role of LKM-Kube Sejahtera 14 on community empowerment is done in Gunungkidul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Teritory. The research method is qualitaive-descriptive with 22 Respondents as data resources from10 LKM-Kube and Kube. Data are gathered through interview, obsevation, and documentary analysis. Data are analysed in qualitative technique through Mile and Huberman model. The result shows that LKM-Kube is able to hold the role as mediating institution between government (Social Agency) and community (Kube members), also among the members of the community its self. LKM-Kube Sejahtera 14 are able to hold its function as complementer institution that run funding activities where the goverment has not done yet intensively in saving and credit development for its members. The institution is also able to hold its function as subsidiary institution, as a partner that support community empowerment designed by government, especially rural poor community through Kube. Members of Kube are able to improve their social welfare, incase of their income, ability to send their children to school, get access to health service, and renovate their houses.the success of LKM Kube Sejahtera 14 still need to be enhanced with related government agencies guidance.]]>
