<![CDATA[Delfi Meilinda Dahai NPM: 14.11.1001.3509.156, Public Administration Science Program, State Administration Department, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, "Relationship of Leadership Function of Sub-district with the Effectiveness of Sub-district Officers of Long Bagun". under the guidance of Mr. Marjoni Rachman, M.Si. and Mrs. Jamiah, S.Sos., M.Si.This research is based on the leadership function of the subdistrict leader in managing and managing his subordinates in order to realize effective work. The purpose of this research is to find out how the leadership function of Sub-district Head Office of Long Bangun. The type of research or explanation used is descriptive quantitative used to analyze the relationship between research variables. Types of data used are kusioner, observation, interview, and documentation.From the research result, it can be concluded that the relationship between the leadership function of the sub-district and the effectiveness of the employee is very positive, this can be proven by the calculation of determination of R2 obtained 0.770 or 77% and 23% influenced by other factors. From the hypothesis test t test obtained t count greater than t table, where 3.475> 1.699.]]>
