The development of BPR especially in Sawahlunto really promising. Industry Of BPR takes a very important role in economic sector. The tighter competition among those BPR, themselves the service should be done more optimally, so that the company is able to win the competition. This study aim to analyse the influence of satisfaction Variabel reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, tangible and interest rate on customer loyalty deposit BPR LPN Pasar Baru Sawahlunto. The number of respondent on this research is defined 67 respondents. The sampling technique in this research is by using random sampling. The data processed and analyze by using multiple analysis tools (multiple regression) by using SPSS program. Statistical analysis showed that satisfaction on service quality and interest rate has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.
