<![CDATA[Abstrak Tari Soreng adalah tari keprajuritan yang berpijak pada cerita Haryo Penangsang. Salah satu kelompok tari Soreng yang berkembang di Boyolali adalah Sri Rahayu di Desa Lencoh, Kecamatan Selo. Kelompok tersebut dibentuk tahun 1996, berdasarkan inisiatif warga Desa Lencoh. Tari Soreng kelompok Sri Rahayu memiliki garap koreografi yang berbeda dengan kelompok tari Soreng di daerah Magelang, perbedaan tersebut terlihat dari kostum, musik, gerak, dan properti sehingga menjadikan tari Soreng kelompok Sri Rahayu terlihat unik. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa tari Soreng kelompok Sri Rahayu berfungsi sebagai sarana mempererat solidaritas, hiburan, bagian dari penyambutan tamu serta pendukung untuk menyemarakkan hajatan. Struktur tari Soreng terdiri dari tiga  bagian yaitu bagian pembuka, inti, dan penutup. Kata kunci: Tari Soreng, Struktur, dan Fungsi Abstract  The Soreng Dance is a military dance which is based on the story of Haryo Penangsang. One of the Soreng Dance groups that has developed in Boyolali is Sri Rahayu which is found in the village of Lencoh in the district of Selo. This group was formed in 1996 on the initiative of the people of Lencoh village. The Sri  Rahayu Soreng  Dance group uses a different kind of choreography from Soreng Dance groups in the Magelang area. The differences are in the costume, music, movement, and properties, all of which make the Sri RahayuSoreng Dance group unique. The results of the research show that the Sri RahayuSoreng Dance group functions as a medium to enhance solidarity, as a form of entertainment, as a way of welcoming guests, and as an attraction at various kinds of celebration.
