Abstract

The development of digital technology provides opportunities to develop more interactive learning media through the integration of cybersecurity systems. However, applications that integrate automated reconnaissance with Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) models are still challenging to implement, especially in terms of system integration and device limitations. This study aims to develop an automated reconnaissance system based on OSINT to identify exposed digital assets at Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. The application was developed using Python and Flask framework, with various OSINT modules integrated including WHOIS lookup, DNS analysis, port scanning, subdomain enumeration, vulnerability scanning, social OSINT, dark web intelligence, and Google dorking. The system was evaluated using Black Box Testing and functional testing methods. Black Box Testing results showed that most main functions operated according to designed scenarios, although several functions were partially successful due to OCR image quality and system integration limitations. The developed application can function as proactive security monitoring media for universities, providing essential technical instruments for IT administrators to map potential data breaches early, enabling proactive mitigation steps and strengthening information system security posture.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of information quality, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived security on the intention to use the TangerangLive application in South Tangerang City. TangerangLive is a digital public service application developed by the Tangerang City Government to facilitate public access to various government services in an effective and efficient manner. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The research population consisted of residents of South Tangerang City who were familiar with and had previously used the TangerangLive application. A total of 250 respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The results indicate that information quality, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived security have a positive and significant effect on the intention to use the TangerangLive application. Both partially and simultaneously, these four variables make a significant contribution to increasing users' intention to adopt the application. This study is limited by its geographical scope, as it focuses only on South Tangerang City. Therefore, future research is recommended to expand the study area, employ a longitudinal approach, and incorporate additional relevant variables to obtain more comprehensive findings. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of digital public services and provide practical recommendations for local governments to improve the quality of the TangerangLive application and encourage greater public adoption.

Abstract

Cybersecurity evaluation is necessary to identify the security condition and gaps within an information system. The Forest Product Administration Information System (SIPUHH) is an information system used to support electronic recording and reporting in forest product administration processes. This study aims to develop a layered mapping approach for evaluating SIPUHH cybersecurity in a structured and traceable manner. The frameworks used are NIST CSF 2.0 as the cybersecurity outcome layer, COBIT 2019 APO13 – Managed Security as the management layer, and NIST SP 800-53 as the security control layer. This study employs a qualitative approach using an evaluative research design with a descriptive-analytical orientation. Data were collected through interviews with SIPUHH developers and responsible personnel, as well as through verification of technical and documentary evidence. The results of the layered mapping were operationalized into 27 indicators to establish the Current Profile, formulate the Target Profile, and identify SIPUHH cybersecurity gaps. The evaluation results show that 10 indicators are classified as High priority, 15 indicators as Medium priority, and 2 indicators as Maintenance. The findings indicate that SIPUHH has established several technical and operational security capabilities; however, these capabilities are not yet fully supported by formal and structured security governance, policies, procedures, documentation, and evaluation processes. The analysis of interrelationships among the findings resulted in six security improvement programs covering governance and risk management, third parties and interconnections, protection controls, monitoring and event analysis, incident response, and service resilience and recovery.

Abstract

Transformasi digital mendorong perusahaan jasa memanfaatkan sistem berbasis cloud untuk mendukung operasional bisnis, namun perpindahan pengelolaan data ke lingkungan cloud turut meningkatkan kompleksitas risiko keamanan informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kondisi keamanan informasi berdasarkan prinsip Confidentiality, Integrity, dan Availability (CIA Triad), menganalisis risiko keamanan informasi berdasarkan ISO/IEC 27001:2022 dan NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) 2.0, serta merancang strategi manajemen keamanan informasi yang dapat diterapkan pada perusahaan jasa. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) mengikuti tahapan PRISMA pada basis data ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, Scientific Reports, dan MDPI, sehingga diperoleh lima belas artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi tahun 2022-2026. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa risiko dominan meliputi akses tidak sah, kebocoran data, kesalahan konfigurasi, kerentanan aplikasi, dan lemahnya kesadaran keamanan pengguna. ISO/IEC 27001:2022 dan NIST CSF 2.0 terbukti saling melengkapi: ISO/IEC 27001:2022 memperkuat tata kelola melalui Information Security Management System (ISMS), sedangkan NIST CSF 2.0 memperkuat kesiapsiagaan operasional melalui fungsi Govern, Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, dan Recover. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model strategi konseptual terintegrasi yang mencakup enam tahapan, yaitu tata kelola, identifikasi risiko, implementasi kontrol, pemantauan, respons insiden, serta evaluasi berkelanjutan, sebagai rekomendasi bagi perusahaan jasa dalam memperkuat keamanan sistem berbasis cloud.
