Jurnal Kebudayaan was first published by the Center for Cultural Research and Development, Research and Development Agency, Ministry of Culture and Tourism in Juni 2006. In 2016, the Center for Cultural Research and Development was merged with the Center for Policy Research in the Ministry of Education and Culture to become the Center for Education and Culture Policy Research. However, the journal publication continues without any changes in name. Our journal is published three times a year in April, August, and December, and consists of articles of researches and studies regarding policy and challenges in culture, covering topics ranging from: art, tradition, religions and beliefs, cultural objects, museums, history, cultural heritage, language, and other aspects of culture.
