We put the concern to regional and rural/village autonomy and decentralization issues. Various aspects affect the efforts to achieve the ambition to develop regional and rural, such as government policy, science and technology development, official capacity and competence, and people participation. Each country might have different policies and experience in managing the issues. Therefore, this journal is dedicated to facilitating researchers, lecturers, and students to publish and disseminate their works widely. The manuscript type includes original research, article review, and book review.
